Job summary

Suncor is seeking a Specialist Digital Delivery Analyst – SAP to drive solution design, delivery and support across SAP applications. Based in Calgary, you will collaborate with stakeholders, architects and vendors to deliver innovative SAP solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires a strong track record in SAP S/4HANA, end-to-end process enablement, and hands-on leadership in complex implementations, with Agile and DevOps in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP solution design, implementation, and support.
• 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations including design, build, test, deploy and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, math, or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes enabled by SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
• Proven track record leading complex solution design and delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP solution design lead for aligned business processes and data flows.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects and stakeholders to deliver integrated, scalable SAP solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for deployed SAP S/4HANA in a DevOps model.
• Lead solution delivery activities including requirements validation, testing and documentation.
• Guide design reviews and ensure solutions meet security, compliance and operational requirements.
• Assess impact of upgrades and initiatives on processes and system capabilities.
• Drive process simplification and continuous improvement across SAP landscape.
