Emmerson Packaging, a third-generation family-owned company and industry leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Finance to own the finance and controlling workstream for the S/4HANA program. You will bridge Finance leadership, our systems integrator and the PMO, guiding Day 1 design for a real manufacturing business.

The program runs from Phase 0 through Run under RISE with SAP Brownfield, with 24 department partners and a path to pricing governance after conversion.

Formación

• 7+ years as a business analyst or consultant in SAP finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation (Brownfield preferred).
• Depth in FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Material Ledger.
• Degree in accounting, finance, business, or information systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops for record-to-report and procure-to-pay.
• Document current ECC processes and design future-state in Universal Journal.
• Design product costing, variance analysis, and CO-PA.
• Define margin analysis requirements for customer, product, and plant.
• Support pricing governance and tax/compliance requirements.
• Lead finance conversion readiness, migration, and reconciliation.
• Write functional specs for reports and interfaces.
• Lead test scenarios and user acceptance testing with Finance.
• Support change management and finance training.
