Job summary

IBM Consulting in Canada is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant to lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Time Management across large enterprise environments.

You will configure work schedules, leave management, time evaluation, and payroll integration, while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM Time Management configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, Leave/Absence Management, Holidays.
• Experience integrating SAP Time Management with Payroll and other HR modules.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process workshops.
• Design, configure, and support SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
• Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, absence quotas, leave management, time evaluation rules, and time recording processes.
• Develop scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders and provide training.
