Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation expert with deep SAP FI experience to drive data-centric finance transformations. You will lead data governance, design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions, and steer multi-workstream programs across global client engagements.

The role requires interfacing with C-suite stakeholders to align finance roadmaps with business strategy. You’ll guide teams through complex redesigns, ensure quality outputs, and manage transformation programmes end-to-end, including

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in SAP FI including GL, AR, AP, PS and AA.
• 3+ years experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• 5+ years managing teams in a Global Delivery module.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to act as a Functional Solution Architect with high-level design expertise.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4 transformations and project implementations.
• Experience defining SAP Finance functional roadmaps and strategies for clients.
• Experience leading business process reengineering to optimize finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategically define how data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities and systems.
• Analyze, design and/or implement data design and best practices through technology solutions.
• Kick-start transformation programs, aligned with data governance and predictive modeling.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
