Job summary

Suncor is seeking a Specialist Digital Delivery Analyst – SAP to design, deliver, and support SAP solutions across business processes from our Calgary office. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, architects, and vendors to lead solution design and continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

The successful candidate will have deep SAP experience, strong end-to-end process knowledge, and the ability to lead complex delivery initiatives in Agile and DevOps settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP solution design, implementation, and support
• Two or more full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes via SAP
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies
• Experience leading complex solution design and delivery initiatives
• Experience with Agile, Project Delivery, and DevOps models
• Experience with SAP domains: Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Asset Management, Finance, or other SAP solutions
• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics tools
• Experience working with vendors/partners and managing deliverables

Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP solution design lead across processes, apps, integrations, and data flows
• Partner with Senior Digital Delivery Analysts, Solution Designers, architects, and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA in a DevOps model
• Support solution delivery activities: requirements, testing, documentation, and roadmap planning
• Lead design reviews and ensure security, compliance, and operational requirements are met
• Assess impacts of upgrades/releases on processes and systems
• Drive process simplification and issue resolution
