Job summary

Suncor is seeking a Specialist Digital Delivery Analyst to partner with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams. The role focuses on optimizing processes across SAP S/4 and TriplePoint, driving business improvements with IT and vendor partners.

The position involves testing, performance reporting, incident support, and continuous improvement for core trading and logistics operations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in SAP S/4 and TriplePoint, a business/IT background, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using SAP S/4 (IS-OIL, TSW, SCSD, CPE, Contract Management, Inventory Management).
• 5+ years of experience using TriplePoint or similar CTRM/ETRM applications.
• University Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science or similar.
• Understanding of Hydrocarbon Trading, Marketing & Logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Front, Middle and Back Office users on end-to-end Deal Cycle processes using SAP S/4 and TriplePoint.
• Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional business teams and third-party vendors to manage priorities and growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage new business and system opportunities with our IT partners.
• Manage and support functional and user acceptance testing for new development initiatives and system maintenance.
• Support reporting on system performance, user performance and process KPIs.
• Assist with incident investigations and apply agile continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage and support functional and user acceptance testing for all new development initiatives as well as system maintenance
• Support the reporting on system performance, user performance & process KPI’s
• Support process related incident investigation
• Apply innovative and agile thinking towards continuous improvement initiatives

Location and other Key Details:

• You will work out of the Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
