Job summary

SAP Fioneer is seeking a Senior Consultant - SAP (FDS) / Data Modelling to lead data management and reporting transformations for clients in the insurance sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data integration solutions and data models that empower analytical reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in IT transformation projects, university-level education, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
• Initial experience in designing data management processes for the insurance sector.
• Solid understanding of technical mapping, interfacing and modeling of FSI products.
• Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP or another database.
• Exposure to AI agents and Claude code.
• Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
• Willingness to travel (50%).
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy data integration and data management functionality for clients.
• Create data models that facilitate integration of analytical applications and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with SAP Fioneer teams such as Software Development and Sales.
