Job summary

TD is seeking a highly skilled SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Technical Support Analyst in Toronto to provide production support, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the SAP BO BI platform. Collaborate with users, data teams, developers and infra partners to ensure stability, performance, and availability of enterprise reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years relevant experience.
3+ years of experience supporting SAP BusinessObjects BI environments.
Hands-on experience with: SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, BI LaunchPad, CMC Administration.
Strong SQL and database query skills.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA, or DB2.
Understanding of ETL and data warehouse concepts.
Experience with incident and change management processes.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BusinessObjects environments.
Investigate and resolve production incidents impacting reports, dashboards, and BI platform services.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Monitor system health, report schedules, and platform performance.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL best practices.
Administer SAP BO platform components including Central Management Console (CMC), Central Management Server (CMS), Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, BI LaunchPad.
