Job description

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive powerful solutions that deliver best-in-class patient experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. The role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and architecting scalable and robust solutions.

In this role, you will

• Lead the effort to document technical requirements, architect, build and integrate the Salesforce solution.
• The Architect will split their time between Salesforce development and coordination of the development team efforts.
• Design solutions and manage teams developing, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce solutions using Advanced Flows, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Web Services, Salesforce.com Metadata API etc. as appropriate using code authoring tools such as VSCode to satisfy the applications business requirements.
• Lead contact center implementation on Health Cloud using Service cloud capabilities, omnichannel experience and CTI integration.
• Guide and mentor developers and always communicate closely with the rest of the project team and practice leadership, including keeping customers informed of technical progress and risks.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on prior experience working as an architect in Salesforce implementation project.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com architecture frameworks, standard processes, and business procedures; strong technical background in configuration and customization using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Integrations.
• Salesforce Certifications like: Salesforce Application Architect Certification, Platform Developer II, Sales & Service.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business customers.
