Job summary

RBC in Toronto seeks a Product Owner for the Client 360 Platform to drive business needs for a Salesforce FSC implementation across Personal and Commercial Banking. You’ll enable 35,000+ employees to deepen client relationships and support a unified advisor platform across multiple lines of business.

You will build roadmaps, refine backlogs, collaborate across teams, and ensure quality through comprehensive testing and Salesforce-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years as a Product Owner
• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and admin capabilities
• Proven ability to translate user needs into intuitive UX
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
• Analyze user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize user stories and epics
• Execute System, Integration, and Regression testing
• Identify defects and apply quality engineering principles throughout Agile lifecycle
• Understand business processes to determine operational objectives
• Improve processes by leveraging Salesforce application design
