Job summary

Brillio is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The role focuses on delivering integrations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Triggers.

You will build Lightning Web Components, customize processes, and ensure deployments follow best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Understanding of data modeling, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Experience with deployment and release management processes.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers.
• Work extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable Salesforce components.
• Develop and customize Experience Cloud sites and user-facing experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.
