Job summary

The Agency seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer and Architect with 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including PSF/Vlocity. You will own architecture, data, integration, and deployment tasks across a complex Salesforce landscape.

You will operate within an Agile Scrum environment, deliver high-quality solutions, and provide leadership in design reviews and governance for secure, scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years Salesforce delivery experience on medium to large projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features, architecture, security and integration.
• Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules) and Lightning.
• Public Sector Foundation (PSF)/Vlocity framework experience.
• 5+ years Agile development experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Hands-on development using Apex and Lightning components.
• Lead technical design sessions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Design data migration plans and ensure data security and compliance.
