Job summary

Intellibee is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design and implementation of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for the Back@Home project. You will manage administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations with external systems.

The role requires extensive Salesforce admin and development experience, data modeling, security, and automation, along with strong problem-solving skills in large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, APIs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, workflows, and automation.
• Ability to design, document, and deliver complex technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting large, statewide or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for Back@Home.
• Provide day‑to‑day admin, configuration, and troubleshooting for Salesforce apps.
• Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce components and integrations.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Manage deployments, security, and large data loads; optimize performance.
• Collaborate with business, QA, product, and project teams to deliver enhancements.
