Job Title: Senior SFDC Administrator

The Senior SFDC Administrator will play a key role in supporting and optimizing Docebo’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves designing and developing robust Salesforce solutions, managing system configurations, and providing end-user support while also covering Business Analyst responsibilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position ensures that our revenue engine runs smoothly, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

Success in this role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce administration, with expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. A background in SaaS and experience supporting sales and finance teams will also be valuable.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging declarative tools such as Fields, Objects, Page Layouts, Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets
  2. Partner closely with the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements into sprints, and communicate with partners about releases
  3. Support data integrity and issue resolution by identifying root causes and implementing prompt fixes
  4. Provide end-user support through ticket resolution, training, and documentation
  5. Perform data import/export tasks within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  6. Administer Salesforce CPQ updates, including price books, product configurations, discount schedules, approval rules, and customer-facing templates
  7. Develop a deep understanding of Docebo’s business processes and their interaction with Salesforce-related applications
  8. Collaborate with project teams to gather business and functional requirements, defining and prioritizing needs
  9. Translate business needs into system requirements via user stories and acceptance criteria
  10. Document requirements for system configuration, testing, and deployment
  11. Recommend and implement best practices to optimize Salesforce performance
  12. Utilize tools such as Confluence and Jira to manage project tasks and communication
Requirements:
  1. Typically 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud
  2. Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce Billing is a plus
  4. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and integrations
  5. Proficiency in SOQL for debugging and data issue resolution
  6. Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools, such as Lightning Flows
  7. Ability to write clear, concise user stories and process changes/instructions
  8. Familiarity with installing and configuring managed packages from Salesforce Partners
  9. Proven ability to manage multiple customization projects from design to deployment
  10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
  11. Experience in Quote-to-Cash processes from both a systems and business perspective
  12. Background in SaaS, with experience supporting sales and finance teams
  13. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines
