For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, remotely from Canada.

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will support revenue growth by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior sales leaders. You will act as a business partner, analyzing sales team data to help improve performance and drive strategic decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams to ensure that sales processes and technology are optimized for efficiency, and that the team has the tools necessary for success. Your role will involve forecasting, process improvements, and CRM management, with a focus on enhancing sales productivity.

Accountabilities
  1. Analyze sales data and forecast trends to provide proactive insights and recommendations to senior sales leadership.
  2. Create and manage reports and dashboards, presenting data in clear, actionable formats.
  3. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on cross-functional projects.
  4. Identify opportunities for sales productivity improvements and implement process changes to optimize efficiency.
  5. Manage CRM (HubSpot) to ensure seamless hand-offs between teams and accurate data updates.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  2. Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably HubSpot) and proficiency in workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.
  3. Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, and IF statements.
  4. Experience in handling process changes with a strong focus on change management.
  5. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
  6. Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
