Sales Executive Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will play an integral role in the sales team in our Airside Renault Dacia Dealership. This role will be busy, fast-paced and require a self-starter who is motivated and enthusiastic. Reporting to the Dealership Manager situated in the Location, the purpose of the role is to meet sales targets, value cars, and provide an excellent experience for all customers alike.

About the role:

The Sales Executive will be required to provide front line, best-in-class service and support to Windsor Motor customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Qualifying customer needs and capturing the data related to this.
  2. Selling and valuing used cars.
  3. Continuous learning of the new car market, product details, and price changes.
  4. Meeting sales targets on a continuous basis.
  5. Prospecting using existing customer database.
  6. Be familiar with the finance process.
  7. Preparing handover documentation to a high standard.
  8. Following internal sales processes and procedures.

You are a highly motivated and passionate individual striving to provide an exceptional service to both our customers and colleagues.

Skills needed:

  1. Must have the ability to work on own initiative.
  2. Driven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basis.
  3. Strong communication skills, with customers and employees alike.
  4. Full clean Irish Driver's licence.
  5. Experience with a main dealer with a large sales volume.
  6. Previous experience in motor sales advantageous.

Additional Information

The hours of attendance are based on a 39-hour week. Working days depend on the time of year and busy sales periods. Hours of work are 9am to 6pm. Weekend work is required.
