Job summary

Olympic Homes is seeking a sales-oriented professional to collaborate with the Sales Team to engage customers through the home design and building journey. You will manage relationships, guide clients through the process, and coordinate with design and production for timely changes.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, updating CRM, and producing sales reports for the team and GM, while promoting a positive, diverse culture within the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Residential construction/building product knowledge.
• Valid Class 5 license.
• Ability to read blueprints is an asset.
• Be a confident and professional leader at all times.
• Always look for ways to improve your department and yourself personally.

• Work with our Sales, Design and Production team to ensure construction details & change orders are completed and processed accurately in a timely manner
• Attend customer walk-through’s with Sales/Production teams
• Update sales brochures/social media/website information with the advertising department
• Update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and share information with the sales team for follow-up
• Create sales reports to share with the sales team & GM
• Continually look for new and better ways to service our customers
• Foster a positive and diverse culture
