Qualifications

• 1+ years as a SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• 1+ years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, Scrum Master.
• Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFE Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• 2+ years’ experience with Agile Management tools.
• 5+ years Agile related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize flow of value through releases using Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate PI Readiness, System Demos, and PI Planning meetings.
• Coordinate successful delivery of Features considering dependencies and order.
• Summarize & publish Team PI Objectives.
• Track and produce key metrics to monitor releases.
