Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and end-to-end implementation of our SaaS products. You will gather requirements, configure systems, and coordinate basic project management while ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to adoption.

In this hybrid Oakville role, you will collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support to deliver high-quality client experiences and drive customer satisfaction, training clients and documenting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; lead workshops.
• Technical aptitude to learn new software and address implementation challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Excel is a plus.
• Experience designing reports from relational databases; SSRS/Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or GovTech implementations; GovTech a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana or similar tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for clients and gather requirements.
• Coordinate basic project management activities within the scope of implementation.
• Configure products to meet client requirements using out-of-the-box features.
• Prepare data loads in Excel and author ad hoc reports for clients.
• Collaborate with sales, product, customer success and support for smooth transitions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive client training and implement documentation.
• Identify and address implementation challenges; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of implementation processes.
