Job summary

Sodexo in Ontario, Canada seeks an experienced S/4 HANA ERP Delivery Lead to drive SAP S/4 HANA implementation workstreams across the full ERP lifecycle. You will partner with system integrators, program leaders and business stakeholders to ensure delivery on scope, schedule and budget while promoting clean core principles and SAP best practices.

Requires 8+ years SAP project leadership and global delivery experience. French/English communication is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Business Administration.
• 8+ years SAP project experience with 3+ years in Delivery Lead roles and international ERP implementations.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional ERP delivery teams including SAP consultants and vendors.
• Strong communication skills in English (French an asset) and SAP Activate certification.
• PMI/PMP certification and knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, HR/HCM).

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP S/4 HANA delivery across full ERP lifecycle and workstreams.
• Govern delivery with scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals; manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates; coordinate with SI partners.
