The role requires in-office presence twice a week and is open to candidates based in Toronto. You will join a team that values performance, reliability, scalability and a beautiful interface, work across Canada, the United States and Ireland, and mentor others through Agile

Qualifications

• Experience in software development with Ruby on Rails at scale.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in distributed teams.
• Mentorship experience in Agile, SaaS products.
• Broad knowledge to help solve complex technical problems.
• Past projects with notable successes and lessons learned.
• Clear communication to build high-trust relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
