Themis Solutions Inc. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a hybrid team and contribute to building scalable Ruby on Rails applications. The role requires presence in the Burnaby hub office twice a week and collaboration with distributed teams across North America and Europe.

You will mentor developers, participate in Agile processes, and continually improve engineering practices while tackling diverse projects and customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience building web applications at scale with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and work effectively with distributed teams.
• Demonstrated mentorship in software development within Agile processes and large-scale SaaS products.

Qualifications
