Clio seeks a Software Developer to join the Engineering team at our Toronto Hub. The role is hybrid, with in-office anchor days twice weekly. You will work with a team solving complex problems to deliver scalable, high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails.

You will mentor others, adapt quickly to evolving tech, and collaborate across distributed teams handling multiple projects. Join a high-performing, global engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Experience building web applications at scale with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in a dynamic, distributed environment.
• Mentorship experience in software development in Agile environments.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of developers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions to Clio customers.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with full-stack developers across projects.
• Learn and apply new technologies and challenge yourself.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across three countries and provide peer feedback.
