Qualifications

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails required.
• Experience debugging production issues and improving observability.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and product features using Ruby on Rails.
• Deliver full-stack features as required using React/TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design to shape thoughtful solutions.
• Mentor engineers and help lift engineering maturity across the team.
