Job summary

A mental health practice in Ontario is seeking a registered psychotherapist supervisor to oversee the clinical development of practicum students. In this full-time, remote role, the candidate will provide mentorship and supervision, train students in evidence-based modalities such as CBT and ACT, and contribute to program development. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience post-registration.
• Experience supervising or mentoring students, interns, or junior clinicians.
• Strong foundation in CBT, ACT, and/or IFS with direct application in practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly one-on-one supervision sessions with each student.
• Train students in evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and IFS.
• Contribute to the structure and curriculum of our training program.
