Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build a next-generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact centers. You will own the core routing engine using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures to handle large volumes with low latency.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, CX, and workforce teams to deliver scalable, observable routing solutions and reference implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership
• Expert-level in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, REST APIs
• Experience with routing/communication platforms or CX systems a plus
• Strong data modeling, security, testing, and performance engineering skills
• Excellent documentation and client-facing collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, capacity, and business rules
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resiliency, and performance across routing paths
• Design APIs for routing configuration, monitoring, and integration
• Collaborate with telephony, CRM, analytics platforms and CX teams
• Translate requirements into components, flows, and roadmaps
• Establish engineering standards, quality gates, and documentation norms
