Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Canada is seeking a Senior Risk Lead to drive best practice risk management across major energy, infrastructure and resources projects. You will report to the Director of Risk Management and lead end-to-end risk activities across multiple programs, developing risk plans and mitigation strategies with senior stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience, strong risk modeling skills, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience on major projects, last 5 years in program/project risk management.
• Multidisciplinary experience in program management or controls.
• Strong knowledge of risk modeling and familiarity with listed risk software.
• Has conducted risk management training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best practice risk management activities and report to senior directors.
• Lead end-to-end risk management across multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans and processes aligned with client frameworks.
• Develop risk response strategies and integrate with cost, schedule, and change control.
• Lead risk workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
