Job summary

RBC in Toronto seeks a Senior Project Manager–Regulatory Risk Remediation to lead major regulatory risk programs across the enterprise. You will partner with Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Operations and Technology to implement, monitor, and sustain regulatory requirements, findings, MRAs, and audit observations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Systems, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within banking, financial services, risk management, compliance, or regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, regulatory compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex regulatory risk and compliance projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide efforts to address regulatory findings, MRAs, and audit observations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and governance structures.
