Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Director in the Real Estate sector with 12+ years of post-graduate experience. You will lead client relationships, manage multi-market delivery teams, and drive project performance across procurement, planning, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of real estate project delivery experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Polished communicator with experience presenting to client executives and C-Suite.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management is preferred.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership to motivate across multiple disciplines and departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the client and manage expectations on resourcing, performance, risks, and issues.
• Direct all delivery phases for large clients including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking and execution.
• Supervise direct reports across Canada, US and EMEA; oversee staff development and recruiting.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts are compliant.
• Develop new business growth and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain financial performance for market, program, and client accounts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; lead reviews.
