Job summary

Randstad Canada seeks an experienced Business Analyst V (Risk Management & Technical Data Analytics) to join the enterprise risk technology group in a hybrid Toronto setting. You will bridge risk governance, data science, and technical execution, translating AI/ML concepts into clear business insights for executives using Python and SQL.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, build roadmaps, and oversee artifacts across Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint

Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk management in regulated environments.
• 5+ years as Business/Data Analyst or 3+ years with a Master.
• Proficient reading/writing Python and SQL.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint.
• Hands-on Copilot for productivity or documentation.
• Solid understanding of Agile, roadmapping, and technical docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating tech to business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk frameworks and regulatory requirements in a regulated ecosystem.
• Read, write Python and SQL to inspect datasets and support analytics projects.
• Draft, maintain and publish technical docs, specs, workflows, and roadmaps.
• Manage project artifacts and backlogs using Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint.
• Translate data science concepts for executives and business leaders.
• Leverage Copilot and AI tools to improve documentation and workflows.
