Global-Technical-Talent-1 is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a Canadian client in Toronto. The role involves bridging business and technology within an enterprise product and delivery ecosystem, aligning with SAFe Agile standards, governance, and risk management.

The candidate will analyze complex processes, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology and related practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office, data analysis methods, process modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with SDLC, systems integration, and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Banking or financial institution experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and manage requirements; document functional/non-functional specs and ensure traceability.
• Analyze AS-IS business processes and identify TO-BE improvements aligned with goals.
• Translate requirements into system specifications and collaborate with tech partners to validate solutions.
• Support testing and deployment activities to achieve business outcomes.
• Serve as liaison between business leadership and technical teams; manage stakeholder expectations.
