Job summary

Paul Davis Grande Prairie is seeking a Restoration Technician to oversee emergency mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality in line with company standards. You will lead water, fire, storm and mold mitigation, perform extraction and drying, supervise Technicians, document progress, and communicate with homeowners and insurers.

Qualifications

Restoration or mitigation experience required.
IICRC WRT certification is a strong asset.
Additional IICRC certifications (ASD, FSRT, AMRT, OCT, etc.) are assets.
Strong understanding of drying principles and moisture monitoring.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Lead emergency mitigation projects from start to finish.
Perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation and related tasks.
Supervise Mitigation Technicians on job sites.
Complete documentation and reporting using company tech.
Participate in on-call emergency rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in ready-to-deploy condition.
Assist with warehouse operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance when needed.
