Job summary

Kingsley Management Inc is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent for an 18-month contract to guide prospective tenants through the leasing journey, focusing on new development lease-ups and an exceptional customer experience.

You will drive leasing activity, conduct property tours, screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate move-ins, while collaborating with the property management team to keep suites and common areas ready for showings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential leasing or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity and achieve occupancy targets for new development lease-up.
• Advertise and market units online and via local outreach.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Screen applicants, including credit and rental history.
• Negotiate lease terms within guidelines.
• Coordinate move-in timelines and documentation.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.
