  • Negotiate lease terms and rental rates when applicable and within established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, applications, and leasing activity.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure suites and common areas are clean, presentable, and ready for showings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and other external referral partners to generate leasing opportunities and support occupancy targets.
  • Support the end-to-end lease-up process by coordinating move-in timelines, resident communications, required documentation, move-in packages, and leasing collateral, ensuring a seamless transition from lease signing through move-in.
  • Stay informed about local rental market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and available inventory.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of property features, amenities, value propositions, leasing processes, and applicable Residential Tenancies Act requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through lease completion and move-in.
