As a Senior Replenishment Analyst, you will be responsible for forecasting, replenishing and managing inventory of assigned categories and Suppliers to ensure service and fill level targets, as well as financial key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Led by the Replenishment Supervisor, this position will be best suited for a strategic thinker that has a drive to turn challenges into process improvements.

Ready to make an impact? Here’s how :

• Set up and maintain item forecasts in Blue Ridge for regular, promotional, and seasonal replenishment.
• Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and order cycles to optimize profit and inventory turnover.
• Ensure purchase orders (PO’s) are placed on time to maintain stock levels that meet service and inventory targets.
• Guide and delegate tasks to Replenishment Analysts for PO and item maintenance.
• Review buy quantities to improve warehouse efficiency for in-season and off-season products.
• Identify opportunities to improve fill rates, margins, and inventory turns through forward buying.
• Monitor performance reports and take action on exceptions and missed KPIs.
• Collaborate with Suppliers on forecasts and business changes.
• Investigate service level issues and adjust inventory strategies to boost turns and reduce spend.
• Partner with Planners and Merchandise Managers to align on goals and replenishment strategies.
• Support financial targets through effective category planning and open-to-buy processes.
• Flag low-performing items and suppliers.

We’re looking for :

• Diploma in Supply Chain or Inventory Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or replenishment roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and explore process or system solutions.
• Ability to spot trends, forecast issues, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and performance.
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and contribute to solutions.
• Strategic thinker with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of supply chain operations and retail financials.
• Clear and effective communicator (verbal and written).
• Familiar with Auto Replenishment Systems and Microsoft Office (Excel at an intermediate level).
• The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
