The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and project-management skills, with extensive experience in renewables EPC contracts and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in renewables EPC projects.
• Experience negotiating with EPC contractors on large contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC execution for utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects.
• Manage contractor selection, execution, and handover, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate with site and cross-functional teams; manage budgets and logistics.
• Support procurement, contracting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
