Job summary

Potentia Renewables Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to lead end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects—from pre-construction through commissioning and handover to Operations.

The role requires strong construction project management experience and knowledge of solar, wind, and battery storage, coordinating internal teams and external partners while maintaining safety and cost controls. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy construction including solar, wind, and battery storage.
• Experience with construction risk management, quality control, and safety planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects — planning, organizing, and controlling all construction, schedule, and budget aspects.
• Contribute to and ensure compliance with detailed construction plans, quality plans, and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering to review drawings and implement practical constructability improvements.
• Manage project closeouts, including as-builts, deficiency remediation, manuals, training, and hand-over to Operations and Asset Management.
