CD PROJEKT RED in Canada is seeking a Senior Rendering Engineer to help shape the visuals for Cyberpunk 2, building rendering solutions and optimizations that empower designers and artists. Using Unreal Engine 5, you will collaborate with engineers and artists to push runtime fidelity on a large open world, with a focus on performance, memory efficiency, and modern rendering techniques.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Experience on AAA console titles with Unreal Engine.
• Fluent in C++ with graphics programming experience.
• Proficient in Unreal Engine 5 or in-house engine.
• Strong knowledge of modern rendering techniques and CPU/GPU architectures.
• Multithreaded programming experience.
• Experience with DirectX12 or Vulkan.
• Familiar with graphics debugging tools (RenderDoc, Pix, etc.).
• Ability to profile and optimize performance at low level.
• Effective communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, debug, and optimize graphics systems for performance and memory.
• Collaborate with engineers and content teams to create new rendering solutions for a large-scale open world.
• Help art teams bring characters and a cyberpunk world to life with advanced rendering knowledge.
• Optimize runtime performance and memory usage across CPU and GPU.
