Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Leader in Toronto to optimize delivery across complex, multi-ART systems by orchestrating interactions and establishing governance guardrails for reliable outcomes.

You will coach RTE roles, partner with Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, and Risk to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and provide strategic guidance to executives on trade-offs, risks, and delivery priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Business Administration.
Typically 10+ years of Agile delivery experience.
7+ years in senior Agile delivery roles (RTE, Agile Coach, Program Manager, etc.).
Advanced SAFe credentials (RTE/SPC/ACSM/CSP) or equivalent.
Experience coaching multiple teams and delivery leaders.
Proven credibility advising senior stakeholders on delivery options and risks.
Experience applying Agile management tooling and metrics at system-of-systems level.

Responsibilities

Optimizes delivery outcomes across complex, multi-ART or platform systems.
Establishes planning, escalation, and governance guardrails for reliable delivery across multiple ARTs, Product Groups, or journeys.
Anticipates, frames, and escalates cross-system and regulatory risks for senior leaders.
Aligns and coordinates planning cycles, dependencies across systems.
Provides delivery guidance at executive levels, articulating trade-offs and impacts.
Coaches and calibrates RTE II and RTE I roles for disciplined orchestration.
Partners with Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, Risk to align with enterprise priorities.
Monitors system-level delivery health and reduces volatility over time.
