Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a team leader for the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Quality Assurance Review group. You will lead a 3-person team delivering QARs, coordinate stakeholder communications, and ensure final reports meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing working papers, obtaining director approvals, guiding issue management, and supporting the wider QAR program across time zones to deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
• Understanding of RCM regulatory requirements and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3 GG08 staff responsible for executing QARs under the team leader oversight.
• Ensure stakeholder communications (notifications, information requests) are accurate and timely.
• Review and present preliminary results to the QAR Director before stakeholder socialization.
• Provide one-up reviews and approvals for Working Papers.
• Review draft Scope Documents and Final Reports before RBC Senior Director approval.
• Support team with stakeholder discussions and issue management.
• Create and manage QAR-identified Issues to closure via the EIM system.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions across time zones when needed.
• Assist the wider QAR team with other components or initiatives (continuous improvement, process changes, annual planning).
