Job summary

Swim Recruiting in Vancouver seeks an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Accounting & Finance team. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, headhunt top talent, and build your own desk with autonomy. We offer two compensation options: full commission or base salary plus commission, plus 23 SWIM DAYS, benefits, and a birthday off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency/search firm.
• Accounting & Finance recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience managing multiple professional searches from sourcing through accepted offer.
• Vancouver recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

What- the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, talented, and self-motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit and top-notch recruitment team. The new Consultant will recruit within Accounting & Finance (main focus), Human Resources, Administration, Supply Chain & Operations, Legal Support, and Marketing & Communications. This is a permanent employee role.

You will be surrounded by some of the best and most experienced recruiters in Vancouver under the leadership of well-networked and knowledgeable Vancouver recruitment veterans. The new Senior Recruitment Consultant will be working on a variety of searches- contract and permanent, entry-level to senior level, diverse corporate functions (not IT)- and for reputable companies of all sizes across the lower mainland and in all industries. Our recruiters are not limited to certain sectors, functions, or geographies.

Who- the Candidate:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a recruitment agency/search firm.
• Accounting & Finance recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience managing multiple professional searches from sourcing through accepted offer.
• Vancouver recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with an ATS and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Bullhorn experience is a bonus.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

How Much:

SWIM offers two simple and transparent compensation options:

• Full Commission: our highest earning-potential model; or
• Base Salary + Commission: stability of a base combined with reduced commission.
