THE POSITION

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own desk, engaging with clients and candidates to introduce exciting new opportunities and make a lasting impact on their careers. Your responsibilities include:

1. Sustaining and growing current business by developing strong relationships with decision-makers.
2. Actively pursuing new business opportunities through research and outreach.
3. Meeting potential clients and presenting proposals to secure new business and meet sales targets.
4. Gathering competitive intelligence within the business environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, business development, or cold calling.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on building relationships and a competitive spirit, thriving in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping people advance their careers and supporting company growth.
• Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to serve as the first contact for clients and candidates.

COMPENSATION

Base salary of $40,000 with an average first-year earning potential of $65,000 - $80,000, with ample opportunities to exceed this range. Our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards.
