Valence is hiring a Senior Recruiter to run full-cycle searches across GTM and technical teams during a critical growth phase. You will partner with hiring managers and report to the Director of Talent Acquisition, owning your searches from intake to close.

The role demands a passion for recruiting craft, fast execution, and ownership across multiple searches in a rapidly evolving AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.
• Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets through your own sourcing.
• Strong sourcing instincts and an active network; you don't wait on inbound.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment with several searches at once.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers, including candid input on candidates and process.
• Data fluency: you know your funnel and use it to make decisions.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can improve recruiting.
• Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of GTM (Sales, CS, Marketing) and technical roles, from intake through close.
• Run intake with hiring managers to define role scope, level and success metrics.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and network mapping.
• Run structured interview processes and keep interviewers aligned on assessment criteria.
• Manage offers and closing, including compensation discussions and candidate concerns.
• Provide a high-touch, honest candidate experience regardless of outcome.
• Track funnel metrics and adjust searches to stay on pace.
• Share market insights with hiring managers and TA team.
• Keep Ashby up to date as the source of truth.
• Experiment with AI sourcing and screening tools and share learnings with the team.
