Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in real estate, development, finance, or project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (advanced Excel required).
• Experience managing budgets, tracking timelines, and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid understanding of real estate development lifecycle and commercial real estate fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end support for real estate projects, incl. developments, relocations, renewals, and asset optimization.
• Collaborate with Development Managers and Real Estate Managers to track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders from deal inception to project completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecast costs, and perform variance analysis.
• Maintain evolving project financials reflecting scope and assumptions.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting budgets and suggest mitigations.
• Support capital approval processes and enforce financial discipline.
• Monitor timelines and key milestones (approvals, entitlements, construction, openings).
• Identify delays and elevate risks with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Development, Construction, Finance, Legal, and CT REIT teams.
• Analyze site opportunities, lease terms, and provide data-driven insights for site selection.
• Prepare materials for internal approvals and governance.
• Develop trackers, dashboards, and pipeline reporting; provide status updates.
• Identify process improvements and standardize reporting.
