GSR LAW PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, is based in Brampton, Ontario, and is currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Law Clerk to join our busy real estate law practice group. This position is ideal for an individual who wishes to work in a fast-paced and growing firm. Real estate law experience is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Handing all aspect of residential / commercial real estate transactions
• Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, mortgage instructions and mortgage commitments
• Contact clients and coordinate scheduling
• Order title insurance policies
• Reviewing title search documents, preparing documents on Teraview
• Meeting with clients to review documentation, prepare reporting letters, and preparing other transactional documents
• Keeping track of key dates in the real estate closing process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 1-5 years work experience at a real estate law firm
• Work experience in areas of real estate and mortgages
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in individual and team environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills and use of Microsoft Office 365, specifically Word, Outlook as well as Cosmolex
• Expert level knowledge of Teraview
