Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years Real Estate Finance experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models for monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and executive decisions.
• Own and refine operational forecasts with drivers, market conditions, and project metrics.
• Conduct pro forma analyses for profitability and returns on community launches and development plans; prepare memos for senior leadership.
• Perform financial analysis for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis and forecast updates.
• Develop and enhance dashboards for KPIs used by leadership across departments.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements for timely, accurate financial information.
• Produce high-quality ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.
