Onni is seeking a Senior Development Manager in Vancouver to lead large multi-family and mixed-use real estate developments from inception through completion. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams while managing budgets, schedules, cash flows, milestones, and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in real estate development or project management
- Experience managing consultants and contractors on large-scale developments
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance, budgets, cash flows
- Ability to read multidisciplinary consultant drawings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale development projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate external consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Manage schedules, budgets, cash flows, forecasts, milestones and delivery requirements
- Lead entitlement, rezoning, and permit processes with authorities
- Monitor construction progress and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with property management, sales, leasing and marketing teams
