The role requires 5+ years in development, a related degree, and strong financial acumen. You will report to senior leadership, maintain project documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate development or related roles.
• Experience coordinating developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of development projects from acquisition through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, development timelines, and milestones to stay on track.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Oversee development approvals, rezonings, and permits, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review design development to align with budgets, objectives, and market expectations.
• Prepare pro formas, feasibility studies, budgets, and cash-flow projections with finance.
• Manage procurement and consultant/contractor relationships, including scopes of work and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks across design, finance, scheduling, regulatory, and construction areas.
• Monitor progress via site visits and meetings; report status to leadership and ownership.
