Job summary

Onni in Vancouver is hiring a Senior Project Manager for multi-family residential construction. You will lead scheduling, budgeting, and contract management, guiding projects from inception to completion.

The role requires 8+ years in construction project management, experience with concrete tower projects is a plus, and you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Salary Range: CAD 160,000–200,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of construction-related project management experience in mutli-family residential projects.
• Full build concrete tower project experience is an asset.
• Direct work experience in a project manager capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules
• Reviewing critical path, and quickly adapting or accelerating projects to meet deadlines
• Reporting, and updating directors of project schedule
• Complete the tendering process for contract awarding
• Assist in the overall planning and defining of project scope for all subcontractors and employees
• Project resource allocation from internal and external resources
• Project documentation, communication, and reporting
• Conduct consultant meetings
• Cost estimating, and budget development in collaboration with senior team.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required
• Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving
• Help oversee project team including Project Coordinators and Superintendents
• Ensure the project is built on a budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications.
• Work with the Leasing team to help develop budgets and timelines for potential tenants.
