Job summary

Canadian Immigration Connections is seeking a motivated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our Edmonton team. You will develop case strategy and oversee files from intake to submission. This full-time role requires strong English communication, independence, and LMIA experience.

You will collaborate with consultants to deliver excellent client service and manage deadlines. LMIA expertise and knowledge of ESDC guidelines are highly valued in a supportive environment with

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing deadlines.
• Previous LMIA experience preparing and processing LMIA applications.
• Experience with ESDC or government immigration departments is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Preparing immigration applications and submissions.
• Manage a portfolio of active client files across multiple application types.
• Consult with clients and review information to determine best path forward.
• Confirm scope of work and retainer details.
• Monitor client progress and follow up.
• Maintain organized file documentation throughout delivery.
• Correspond with clients and collect required documents.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow consultants to support efficient case management.
